What we do

Roofing, and the things attached to it

We don't publish a roof price, because a roof price depends on pitch, layers, decking and access. What we do publish is the scope, in writing, before you commit to anything.

A roofing crew installing shingles on a steep roof

Full replacement

Tear off to the deck, replace anything soft, then ice-and-water, underlayment, and new shingles. Most houses are one day, two at the outside.

An emergency tarp secured over a storm damaged roof

Storm & emergency

Tarped within 24 hours, then a documented damage report you can hand straight to your adjuster.

A standing seam metal roof with clean vertical seams

Standing seam metal

For low-pitch sections, additions and anything that sheds snow onto a walkway. Fabricated to length on site.

Repairs

Chimney flashing, valleys, a dozen blown-off shingles after a March wind. We'll tell you honestly if a repair buys you five years.

Ice dam prevention

The New Hampshire special. Ventilation, insulation at the eaves, and ice-and-water membrane where it actually matters.

Gutters & trim

Seamless aluminium run on site, plus fascia and drip edge — usually done the same week as the roof.

How a job runs

Six stages, and you know which one you're in

Nobody disappears for three weeks. You get a named contact and a date at every stage.

1

Inspection

We get on the roof, not just the driveway. Photos of everything, including the parts you can't see.

2

Written scope

Line by line: layers coming off, decking allowance, materials, and what happens if we find rot.

3

Materials

Delivered to your driveway two days before. You'll know the colour and the exact product beforehand.

4

Tear-off

Dumpster placed on plywood, landscaping covered, and the deck inspected once it's bare.

5

Install

Ice-and-water at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, then shingles. Dried in the same day.

6

Cleanup & walk

Magnet rolled over the whole property twice. We walk the job with you before the invoice.

Materials

Three ways to cover the same house

Every one is quoted on your actual roof. Financing is available on all three, and we'll show you the monthly alongside the total.

Insurance claims

We'll meet your adjuster on the roof

Wind and hail claims get denied over documentation, not over damage. We photograph everything the day we tarp, write it up in the format adjusters expect, and stand on the roof with them so nothing gets called "wear and tear" that isn't.

If the claim is denied and we think it shouldn't have been, we'll help you appeal it. If your damage genuinely isn't a claim, we'll tell you that too — before you file and put a mark on your policy.

What people say afterwards

★★★★★
"Three quotes, and theirs was the only one that said what happens if they find rot. They found rot. The price moved exactly what they said it would."
Ellen M. · Concord · June 2026
★★★★★
"Tarped us the same evening the branch came through. The adjuster took their photo report as-is and didn't argue with any of it."
Rob F. · Bow · March 2026
★★★★★
"I found two nails in the driveway a week later and that was it. For a full tear-off, that's about as clean as it gets."
Susan A. · Hooksett · September 2025
Questions

What homeowners ask before signing

Why won't you give a price over the phone?
Because pitch, layers, decking condition and access change the number by thousands. Anyone who quotes your roof without seeing it is either guessing or planning to raise it later.
What happens if you find rotten decking?
Your scope includes a set allowance in square feet. Past that it's a fixed per-sheet price written on the contract before you sign — never a surprise invoice at the end.
How long does a roof take?
Most single-family houses in this area are one day. Two if it's steep, cut up, or we're re-decking. You'll have a dried-in roof at the end of every working day regardless.
Do I need to be home?
No, and plenty of people aren't. We do ask you to move cars off the driveway and take pictures off the walls in the top floor — tear-off shakes the house more than people expect.
Is it really covered by insurance?
Sudden storm damage usually is. Age and wear never are. We'll tell you which one you've got before you file anything.
Do you subcontract?
No. The crew on your roof is on our payroll and carries our workers' comp. It's the main reason our schedule is honest.
Where we work

Concord and about thirty minutes around it

Close enough that our crews sleep at home, which is how we can still get to you the day after a storm.

Outside this list? Call anyway — for a full replacement we'll travel further than we will for a repair.
